Refund policy

At Montre Online Store we want you to love your purchase.

Immediate Purchase items
If you change your mind, you can return an Immediate Purchase item within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging.
• Contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
• For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping to our address in Bahrain.

Pre-order items
Pre-order items are special orders and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or wrong items (all orders)
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping fees are refunded only for faulty or wrong items. Customs duties and import VAT paid in your country at delivery are charged by your country’s authorities and are not refundable by us.

Exchanges
To exchange an Immediate Purchase item for a different colour or style, return it as above and place a new order.
